1. Discovery Session & Quote
Firstly you contact our experts with your ideas, images, hopes and questions. We will start the design discovery process with you, guide you, answer any questions and provide you with a custom ring quote within your available budget or what you can afford to spend.

2. CAD Design & Discussion
By now you will have your own dedicated expert who will work with you every step of the way. You will receive your custom ring 3 dimensional CAD design drawing for approval and discussion before commencing into production.

3. Production & Final Viewing
Once the design has been finalised, our jewellers begin to work their magic crafting your special piece. Custom rings are usually ready within 3-4 weeks and are subject to a thorough quality control process at the end. You will receive images and video of your final piece before it’s prepared for shipping discreetly to you.
