Returns and Refunds

General Returns Policy

We offer returns and refunds in the event that your order is faulty or not as described and it is returned to us within 30 Days of our dispatch. In order to be eligible for a return and remedy, you must notify us of the issue within this 30 day period by firstly supplying us with clear, high quality images and details of the issue for our assessment. If the issue is assessed to be a result of a manufacturing defect or the item is not as described per your order and our records, we will remedy the situation at no charge such as repair the item, issue a store credit or in some circumstances issue a refund once the order has been sent back to us. If you need to request support on this basis please contact us at with clear, high quality photos of the issue and details of what has happened. We will also require a copy of your purchase receipt.

Exceptions to Our Returns Policy

  • We are not notified of the issue within 30 days
  • There is evidence the issue is from general wear and tear
  • Incorrect ring size, delivery information or other incorrect details are supplied to us by you (the customer).
  • The damage is due to poor care (This can result of wearing a ring of the wrong size ie. too big, exposing it to chemicals on a regular basis, wearing it during certain activities eg. gym, painting, rock climbing, failing to get half yearly or at least yearly maintenance checks and anything else listed in the jewellery care guide sent with every order.
  • Or you do not meet the requirements as outlined above under "General Returns Policy."

Items that Can Not Be Returned/Refunded - Custom Orders

If you order a custom piece of jewellery it is made to order specifically for you (ie. size, stones, gold option etc) and supplies are sourced and labour is allocated accordingly. A lot of time and effort is put into working with you, designing your jewellery and creating your unique specific jewellery piece over 3-4 weeks. Therefore in most situations a refund and/or return can not be accepted. 

How we provide assurance for the Quality and Correctness of your Order

Our production process is held to strict quality controlled standards, and specifically set up to avoid any issues occurring including pre delivery quality assurance checks where photographs and videos of your order are taken and documented. Additionally, for any even more personalised orders made outside of the website/shopping cart pages, we also provide a CAD design drawing for your approval and confirmation,  pre-production and by way of images and videos prior to your order being shipped to you. We can proudly say that we have never had an issue with any order so far. Ring Size

We create all rings according to our ring size chart found here and on every product page (as a link that pops open). Please ensure you provide us the correct ring size as this is what we will provide you. We can't guarantee this can be changed once your order is made if you change your mind and want to order a different size. If you find your ring needs resizing we usually we can offer this to you at an additional charge Please ensure  you have checked your ring size correctly or asked for our assistance if you are unsure. 


We pride ourselves on our highly rated customer service and often have up to several conversations or consultation with customers prior them ordering ( or word of mouth referrals also give customers peace of mind to order on first visit to our website shop pages), so once an order is placed it is nearly always the case that the order is confidently 100% to go ahead. In the event you wish to cancel your order for any reason, this is only possible within 1 hour of ordering/making payment as we work promptly to get your order started and usually have already allocated materials to your jewellery within the first hour of payment.

Providing Correct/Incorrect Details

All orders are based on the details you provide us upon ordering with us and confirmed by payment confirmation email. It is important you check these details and make sure they are correct as we are not responsible for any non-delivery or any differences to you order than you intended on getting if you have provided us the incorrect information.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
