Each order is custom made to order especially for you and as such requires approximately 3-4 weeks to get to you.

Due to the nature of custom made orders, with resources and materials allocated especially for each order, a refund/return is not usually possible apart from any assessed and deemed defect on our part in which case we would offer a full refund or replacement.
